How We Got Our Start
Honey-Do Home Watch LLC was founded by two women who recognized the need for reliable home watch services in Naples, Florida, and its surrounding areas. With over 30 years of experience as realtors and full-time residents, they understand the challenges homeowners face in finding trustworthy care for their properties.

We Put Your Needs First
Your very own expert home watcher will help keep your property running smoothly when you are not in town. If we identify a problem, or potential for a problem during a regularly scheduled visit to your property, we will contact you to discuss a resolution. Please see our list of services offered and basic costs on our Home or Condo monitoring packages. If your properties’ home watch plan requires customization, we would be happy to accommodate per your direction.
BASIC SERVICE

All of our services, especially this one, exist to make your life easier and stress free. You can trust us to supply you with the best plans at the best prices, as well as top quality customer service.
Basic Services Include:
Forward first class mail, remove newspapers and flyers from your property,
Visually check the overall condition of your single family home including exterior of home, landscaping, and and interior of home,
Visually check for stains signs of water leaks; ceilings, windows and doors,
Visually check signs of pest intrusion,
Check windows for signs water or vandal intrusion and verify they are locked,
Visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have flipped,
Check exterior decks for water ponding and dry rot,
Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer,
Check refrigerator and freezer to ensure cooling,
Run all spigots/faucets to ensure P-traps are full,
Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete,
Check thermostat and air conditioning to verify operation,
Visually check for signs of mildew and mold,
Reset security system upon departure,
